The lawyers participating in the program during 2010 are from Mannheimer Swartling and include members of the firm’s Health Care and Life Sciences practice group – a team that includes specialists in a broad range of issues which are of particular importance for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical technology and health care companies. |

The areas of expertise covered by the Legal Coaching Services range from licensing issues, mergers, financing and tax, to patents, trademarks and Swedish/EU regulatory matters.
The services are provided twice a month and the one-on-one meetings are scheduled to be conducted in person; however, a session can also be held by phone.
Legal Coaching Services are available to SwedenBIO members only and as such the session is provided free of charge. The discussions do not constitute legal advice and all information is handled confidentially.
